Notice of Hearing on BMC Case No. 2018-190 dated May 25, 2018 issued by Adriano Consunji, Chief, Commission Secretariat, National Telecommunications Commission, Quezon City, in connection with Baycomms Broadcasting Corporation's (Applicant) request for the issuance of a Certificate of Public Convenience (CPC) to install, operate, and maintain a Nationwide Multipoint Video Distribution System (MVDS) within the KU Band. The appllicant further requested for the issuance of Provisional Authority (PA) pending final determination of the application. The hearing will be on July 2, 2018, (Monday) at ten o’clock in the morning (10:00 AM) at the Legal Branch, 3rd Floor, NTC Building, National Telecommunications Commission, BIR Road, East Triangle, Diliman, Quezon City. It was further informed that any party opposed to the granting of the application is hereby directed to appear at the scheduled hearing and must file its verified opposition, on or before the date of hearing, furnishing the applicant with a copy of the same.

The applicant further requested for the issuance of a Provisional Authority (PA) pending final determination of the application. The hearing will be on June 18, 2018 (Monday) at ten o’clock in the morning (10:00 AM) at the Legal Branch, 3rd Floor, NTC Building, National Telecommunications Commission, BIR Road, East Triangle, Diliman, Quezon City.
