Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, this Province dated July 4, 2018, forwarding to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan thru Ms. Monalisa Cañedo-Su, Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan the letter from Diatagon Labor Federation (DLF)asking help from Sangguniang Panlalawigan on possible legal action relative to the sale of land owned by Lianga Bay Logging Company Inc. (LBCI) which still remains pending for litigation.

Ordinance No. 13 dated May 07, 2018 of the Municipality of San Miguel, this Province, entitled “An Ordinance Declaring the San Miguel, Surigao del Sur Municipal Song as the Official Song of the Municipality of San Miguel and Making it Mandatory for Government Offices: Local, National and Public Schools at All Levels Within the Territorial Jurisdiction of the Municipality the Singing/Playing of the Song During the Flag Raising Ceremonies on Official and Formal Functions, Activities and Programs”

Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, this Province dated July 4, 2018, forwarding to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan thru Ms. Monalisa Cañedo-Su, Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, the letter from Malahutayong Pakigbisog Alang sa Sumusunod (MAPASU), Barangay Diatagon, Lianga, Surigao del Sur, manifesting their strong objection to the installation of a military detachment in their barangay, for appropriate action of the Body.
