3. Letter of Mr. Urbano C. Mendiola, Jr., Vice President, Corporate Affairs Group, National Power Corporation, Diliman, Quezon City dated May 29, 2018 addressed to Ms. Monalisa Cañedo-Su, Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, this province, furnishing the office of the copy of the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) issuances for posting on the bulletin board for public informationin reference to the Orders and Notices of Public Hearing both dated April 4, 2018 issued by the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) and received by the National Power Corporation (NPC) on April 18, 2018 relative to the NPCs filed Petitions under ERC Case Nos. 2017-054 and ERC Case NO. 2017-006RC.
4. Letter of Mr. Ferdinand A. Cortes, Resident Manager, Philsaga Mining Corporation, Bayugan 3, Rosario, Agusan del Sur addressed to the Honorable Members, Sangguniang Panlalawigan, this Province dated June 5, 2018, providing copies of the approved 2-Year Exploration and Environmental Work Programs on behalf of Philex Gold Philippines, Inc. Alacaba, CESO V, Provincial Director, Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) dated June 22, 2018 forwarding to Ms. Monalisa Cañedo-Su, Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, all of this Province with the attached letter-reply dated June 21, 2018 of Ma. Lilibeth A. Famacion, CESO III, Regional Director, Regional Director, Regional Office XIII on SP Resolution No. 1000-18, dated May 2, 2018, informing that the Department of Transportation will be conducting the LPTRP-Capacity Building Activities as stipulated in the attached DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2018-39 dated March 22, 2018. She further informed that the proposed training schedule for the Province of Surigao del Sur will be on August 13-17, 2018 (Session 1) and September 3-7, 2018 (Session 2).
