Alameda, Sr., Provincial Vice Governor, this Province, requesting for the possibility of providing a free office space to house Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) Surigao del Sur Branch Office.

1. Letter of Mr. Ryan Alvin R. Acosta, Deputy Executive, Secretary for Legal Affairs addressed to Ms. Monalisa Cañedo-Su, Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, this Province dated April 23, 2018 informing the Honorable Members, Sangguniang Panlalawigan regarding SP Resolution No. 567-17 requesting the issuance of a presidential proclamation declaring the 15th of May of every year, as a special non-working day in the Province of Surigao del Sur, in commemoration of the Founding Anniversary of “One Surigao” and informing also that their Office iscurrently processing the aforesaid request for a local holiday for the year (2018).

2. Letter of Engr. Ruel B. Bantugan, District Engineer, Surigao del Sur 1st District Engineering Office, Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Tandag City, this Province, addressed to the Honorable Members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan dated May 10, 2018 furnishing a copy of the Status Report of the Project Implementation Undertaken by the DPWH-SDS 1st District Engineering Office, for the Month of April 2018 for this Body’s reference and guidance.

    The 85th Regular Session of the 18th Sangguniang Panlalawigan will be held on June 5, 2018 at 9:00 o’clock in the morning at the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Session Hall, Legislative Building, Capitol Hills, Tandag City, this Province.
