 3. Letter of Hon. Vicente T. Pimentel, Jr., Provincial Governor, dated May 2, 2018 addressed to the Honorable Members, Sangguniang Panlalawigan thru the Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, this province favorably indorsing for immediate and appropriate action the letter of  Mrs. Crispa M. Geli, Provincial Treasurer,  dated April 26, 2018 relative to the income of District and Community Hospitals of the Province. As per letter of the Provincial Treasurer, she informed the Honorable Provincial Governor that she was in receipt of an Audit Observation Memorandum from the Commission on Audit (COA) dated February 2, 2018 for the District and Community Hospitals of the province did not strictly follow the provisions of Section 4 of Provincial Ordinance No. 16-16 dated November 3, 2016 which explicitly stated the utilization of Trust Funds. She then suggested that all income derived from fees or services rendered by the eight (8) District and Community Hospitals of the province must be booked in the General Fund (Special Account) such that it will accrue to the income of the province but the utilization of which will be specific only for the hospital expense and use. She then requested that another ordinance be passed as an equitable remedy to enjoin specific performance in the utilization of income derived from Trust Fund Account of the District and Community Hospitals of the Province.

 6. Resolution No. 19 dated February 28, 2018 of the Municipality of Cortes, this Province entitled “Resolution Approving the Supplemental Annual Investment Plan (AIP) No. 01 of this Municipality for CY 2018”

7. Letter of Hon. Marvin T. Azarcon, Municipal Vice Mayor of the Municipality of Lanuza dated April 19, 2018 addressed to Hon. Glenn P. Plaza, Member, Sangguniang Panlalawigan, Chairman, Committee on Boundary Settlement in response to the latter's invitation regarding the letter of the Punong Barangay Perosia Vete to the Office of the President relative to the boundary conflict of the two barangays of the aforesaid municipality. He informed the Body that the Sangguniang Bayan Members regret to attend such invitation for reasons that the boundary dispute is beyond the jurisdictional responsibility of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan as cited in Section 118 par (a) and that the Sangguniang Bayan has already taken cognizance of the said boundary conflict of which to date still on-going on the mediation process for coming up with an amicable solutions. Nevertheless, the Sangguniang Bayan sincerely extended thanks to the Body's concern and hoped that if the settlement would reach in a formal proceedings, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan could extend assistance to aid them in the legal and technical aspect of the case.

Montesclaros, Jr., Sangguniang Panlalawigan Member, this Province dated April 18, 2018, acknowledging receipt of Resolution No. 564 series of 2017 of Sangguniang Panlalawigan, this Province, requesting fund allocation for the concreting of Farm to Market Road from the National Highway (Barangay San Vicente Junction) to Barangay Tidman, Hinatuan, Province of Surigao del Sur, which was forwarded to their Office by the Farm to Market Road Development Program (FMRDP) of the DA-Central Office. He further informed that all requests for funding of proposed FMR projects should be submitted together with the accomplished templates of basic information and road network map as basis for the conduct of site validation and such documents would then be forwarded to DA-Central Office for possible funding assistance. However, he further informed the Body that this does not mean that submission/compliance of the documents is an assurance for funding.
