1. Letter of Hon. Nicolas C. Laurente, Municipal Vice Mayor, Tago, this Province addressed to the Honorable Members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan thru Honorable Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Provincial Vice Governor, all of this Province relative to the Resolutions of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan received by their Office for action last April 11, 2018 citing some recommendations and conditions on Resolution No. 888-18 and Resolution No. 896-18 in the “Resolved Further” portion requiring the Sanggunian Bayan to submit the rectified Annual Investment Plan(AIP) as required by the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) of this Province pursuant to Executive Order No. 9 of the President of the Philippines dated March 9, 2001. Further, in SP Resolution No. 927-18and on Resolution No. 936-18 in the “Resolved Further” portion requiring the Sanggunian Bayan to comply with the posting requirements as provided under Section 59 of the Local Government Code of 1991.They informed that the Sanggunian Bayan has always been complying the requirement of the law, infact, they are submitting the proof of posting for the General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 01 and 02 covered under Appropriation Ordinance No. 02 and 04, respectively.
