1. 1st Indorsement of Ms. Marjorie V. Pagaran, Development Management Officer IV, for and in behalf of the Honorable Provincial Governor, this Province dated March 22, 2018 indorsing the basic communication dated March 13, 2018 from Mylah Faye Aurora B. Cariño, CESO III, Regional Director, National Economic and Development Authority, CARAGA Region, Butuan City addressed to the Honorable Provincial Governor, this Province relative to the set of documents received by their Office on March 8, 2018 from the Municipality of Lianga, Surigao del Sur concerning the construction of the Lianga Bypass Coastal Road in Lianga, Surigao del Sur. She informed that they wrote a letter to the Department of Public Works and Highways, Regional Office XIII furnishing them the said documents to respond the issue raised by the Municipality of Lianga on the said construction and their proposal for the DPWH to pursue the Sitio Luha, Payasan-Sitio Tindugan, Ban-as route. The letter also conveyed that there should be a feasibility study for the project and that all environmental clearances should be secured before the project is considered in the FY 2019 budget.
2. Letter of Mr. Achilles Gerard C. Bravo, Regional Director, Department of Budget and Management, Regional Office No. XIII (CARAGA), Butuan City relative to the review of the FY 2018 Supplemental Budget No. 1 of Surigao del Sur, involving an appropriation of P22,095,144.22 under Appropriation Ordinance (AO) No. 61-18 dated March 20, 2018 which reveals substantial compliance with the law and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. Accordingly, the said Appropriation Ordinance is declared operative in its entirety effective on the date fixed therein, subject to the posting requirement under Section 59 of R.A. No. 7160.
