Ordinance No. 01 dated January 29, 2018 of the Municipality of Cantilan, this Province, entitled “Amending Ordinance No. 02-2008 and Stabilizing/Regulating the Prices of Fish, Aquamarine Products, Meat and Meat Products in the Public Market and Labor Price of Pig/Piglet Roasted “Lechon” its Structure and Regulations for the Implementation of this Ordinance”

1. Notice of Hearing on CCC Case No. 2017-363 dated December 21, 2017 issued by Adriano B. Consunji, Chief, Commission Secretariat, National Telecommunications Commission, Quezon City in connection with METRO CONNECTIONS AND TELECOM CORP.,(Applicant) requesting for the issuance of a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) to install, operate and maintain a Nationwide Data Communications Service in the Philippines and to charge rates therefor. The applicant further requests for the issuance of a Provisional Authority (PA) pending final determination of the application. The hearing will be on February 5, 2018 (Monday) at ten o’clock in the morning (10:00A.M) at the Legal Branch, 3rd Floor, NTC Building, National Telecommunications Commission, BIR Road, East Triangle, Diliman, Quezon City. It was further informed that any party opposed to the granting of the application is hereby directed to appear at the scheduled hearing and must file its verified opposition, on or before the date of hearing, furnishing the applicant with a copy of the same.

2. Letter of Mayor Raul T. Cubil, Municipal Mayor, Marihatag, this Province dated February 19, 2018 addressed to the Honorable Members of the Sanggunian Bayan thru Honorable Rebecca S. Polinar, Municipal Vice Mayor of said Municipality copy furnished this August Body, relative to his  follow-up regarding information as to the status of  their Annual Budget  FY 2018 because accordingly, it seems that the Sangguniang Bayan have not yet completely done deliberating  the proposed budget to date.  He further   cited   that he was already worried taking into account  the two important matters that needs immediate legislative action; to wit: a) Delayed approval of the Annual Appropriation for Fiscal Year 2018 and b) the status of Memorandum of Agreement (MOA)  by and between the  LGU- Marihatag and DILG – ADM Project Implementation. He then reminded the Honorable Sangguniang Bayan on the provision  of Section 323 of the Local Government Code and requested to take serious attention on the matter. Likewise,  he also made follow-up relative to the passage of a resolution authorizing him to  enter into MOA with the DILG-ADM as discussed during their Executive-Legislative meeting last February 8, 2018.

3. Resolution No. 80 dated August 29, 2017 of the Municipality of Tagbina, this Province entitled “Resolution Expressing the Decision of the Sangguniang Bayan this Minunicipality on the Administrative Complaint Filed by Mr. Moreto Flores Against Hon. Eddie P. Orozco, Barangay Captain of Barangay Maglatab, Tagbina, Surigao del Sur”
