1. Resolution No. GV-428 dated December 13, 2017 of the Municipality of Hinatuan, this Province, entitled “Authorizing the Municipal Mayor Hon. Shem G. Garay to Enter Into Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Provincial Government of Surigao del Sur for the Other Facility on Outsourced Services”

2. Letter of Mayor Raul T. Cubil, Municipal Mayor, Marihatag, this Province, dated January 29, 2018 addressed to the Honorable Members of the Sanggunian Bayan thru Honorable Rebecca S. Polinar, Municipal Vice Mayor of said Municipality copy furnished this August Body, requesting the Sangguniang Bayan to provide the Honorable Municipal Mayor any information regarding the status of their Annual Budget FY 2018 of which to date he has still no idea if the Appropriation Ordinance for the Fiscal Year 2018 Annual Budget and other related matters were enacted. Further, the Municipal Mayor quoted in his letter that it is incumbent upon him to implement all projects and programs of the LGU being the Local Chief Executive of the said municipality based on the approved Annual Investment Plan (AIP), but to no avail. He expressed sadness for it is very vital for their daily operation. He then cited Sections 319 and 323 of the Local Government Code of 1991 and reminded the Sangguniang Bayan that the mistakes that they experienced last year on the delayed approval of their annual budget should not happen anymore during the current year.
