Habitan, CPA, Counsel for the Heirs of Pancrasio Garay, the Law Firm of Habitan Ferrer Chan Tagapan Habitan and Associates, Diliman, Quezon City dated October 10, 2017 addressed to the Honorable Provincial Governor copy furnished the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, both this Province,informing the Honorable Governor that they have talked with the Heirs of Pancrasio Garay relative to the Public Market, Bus/Jeepney Terminal Project located in their property coveringan area of 40,000 square meters and in fairness to all the parties concerned and for equitable consideration,the Heirs proposed a monthly rental of PhP100.00 per square meter based on the total area of 40,000 square meters payable every end of the month.
