2. Letter of Usec. Silvino Q. Tejada, CESO III, Ecotourism, Farm and Faith Tourism Advocacy, Department of Tourism addressed to Mr. Ace R. Orcullo, Acting Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, Office of the Provincial Council, this Province, dated September 1, 2017, acknowledging receipt of Sangguniang Panlalawigan Resolution No. 562-17, requesting funding assistance for the concreting of roads leading to tourist destinations in the Municipality of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur. He informed the Body that the same was referred to Hon. Mark A. Villar, Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) for consideration under the Tourism Road Infrasturcture Project (TRIP) guidelines in relation to the DOT-DPWH Convergence Program. He further informed that they have requested the Office of Secretary Villar to directly coordinate with the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Surigao del Sur on the status of the said project.
3. 1st Indorsement of Mr. Efren E. Rivas, Jr., Provincial Administrator, for and in behalf of Vicente T. Pimentel, Jr., Provincial Governor, this Province dated October 2, 2017 indorsing to Hon. Teresita P.
