No. 7160. The review action does not authorize any item of appropriation that is specifically prohibited by or inconsistent with the provisions of laws. Disbursements of appropriations herein authorized shall be subject to the availability of funds and other pertinent laws, rules and regulations. Compliance will all existing laws, administrative rules and regulations shall be the sole responsibility of the implementing officials of the Provincial Government, for the Body’s information.
