Perez II, J.D., Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan all of this Province, submitting to this Body the 2025 Executive Annual Budget/Local Expenditures Program (LEP) for Legislative Budget Authorization of the Provincial Government of Surigao del Sur in accordance to Section 318 of the Local Government Code of 1991 and the Updated Budget Operation Manual (BOM) for Local Government Units (LGUs) 2023 Edition, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.

Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, all of this Province, requesting for the passage of a Sangguniang Panlalawigan Resolution authorizing the Provincial Governor to enter into and sign a Memorandum of Cooperation (MOC), for and in behalf of the Provincial Government of Surigao del Sur with the Barangay Local Government Unit of Dagocdoc, Tandag City, this Province, represented by Hon. Ireneo G. Zafra, Barangay Captain, for the development, management and maintenance of the Urban Greening Project, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.

Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, all of this Province, furnishing a copy of the SP Quarterly Report for July to September, 2024 of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, for the Body’s information, guidance and approval.

17. Ordinance No. 029 dated September 4, 2024 of the City of Tandag, this Province entitled “Institutionalizing the City Implementation Team on Responsible Parenthood and Reproductive Health Program in the City of Tandag, Surigao del Sur Pursuant to R.A. 10354”.

1. 1^st Indorsement from Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, this Province dated October 15, 2024, forwarding to Mr. Edgar G. Perez II, J.D., Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, the basic communication dated August 27, 2024 from Engr. Annabelle R. Pangan, Chief, Office of the Chief, Education Facilities Division, Department of Education (DepEd), relative to Resolution No. 1864-24, Series of 2024 entitled “Earnestly Requesting Vice President Sarah Z. Duterte, Secretary, Department of Education to Allocate Funds for the Construction of One Storey Classroom Building in Cambatong Elementary School, Barangay Cambatong, Municipality of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur”. The latter informed the Body that the request was already endorsed to the concerned Department in accordance with the Department of Education (DepEd) Order No. 36, S. 2022, entitled “Protocols and Guidelines on the Submission, Receipt and Processing of Requests Related to the School Building Program” that was issued last July 31, 2022, in order to assist the proponent in fulfilling the requirements stipulated in the aforesaid Deped Order for possible funding in the ensuing years’ school building program. She further informed the Body that the Schools Division Office through the Division Engineer was advised to review the request according to the prioritization made in the Comprehensive School Facilities Development Plan (CSFDP) of the Division as per DepEd Order No. 18, S. 2023 entitled “Revised Multi-Year Guidelines on the Allocation, Receipt, Utilization, Monitoring and Reporting of the Basic Education Facilities Fund (BEFF)”, for the Body’s information.

2. 1^st Indorsement from Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, this Province dated October 15, 2024, forwarding to Mr. Edgar G. Perez II, J.D., Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, the basic communication dated October 10, 2024 from Mr. Joceler M. Moralda, Acting General Manager, Surigao del Sur I Electric Cooperative, Inc. (SURSECO I), Bislig City, this Province, furnishing this Body copies of the following documents, viz: 1. Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) Order dated October 7, 2024; and 2. ERC Notice of Virtual Hearing dated October 7, 2024. Further, Mr. Moralda requested the Body that the said Order and Notice will be posted in the Bulletin Board of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan with Certification bearing the dry Seal of the Office in compliance with the directives of the ERC, for the Body’s information.
