Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, all of this Province requesting this Body to pass an Ordinance entitled “Banning and Prohibiting the Selling or Retailing of Fuels in Bote-bote (Takal-takal) in the Province of Surigao del Sur”, as suggested by Mr. Manuel M. Llanez, Director, Department of Energy, Davao City in his letter dated July 8, 2016 to our Honorable Provincial Governor.

Tamayo, CESO IV, DENR CARAGA Region XIII, Butuan City the Mining Operation of the North Dinagat Mineral Resources Corporation (NDMRC) at Barangay Adlay, Municipality of Carrascal, Surigao del Sur”. The officeinformedthe Body that same was referred to the Office of the Chief of Staff on March 27, 2016 for further action.

4. Letter of Hon. Geronimo D. Pimentel, LnB Provincial Secretary, Liga ng mga Barangay sa Pilipinas, Surigao del Sur Chapter, this Province dated July 22, 2016 furnishing a copy of the newly organized officers of the Liga ng mga Barangay sa Pilipinas-Surigao del Sur Chapter, for information of this Body.
