1. Appropriation Ordinance No. 39 dated March 5, 2024 of the Municipality of San Agustin, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Authorizing Supplemental Budget No. 01, S. 2024, Involving the Amount of P5,569,399.77 for the Priority Development Projects of the Local Government Unit of San Agustin and Appropriating Necessary Funds for the Purpose”.
2. Resolution No. 47 dated February 26, 2024 of the Municipality of Carrascal, this Province entitled “Approval of the Supplemental Annual Investment Program (AIP) No. 1 Fiscal Year 2024 in the Amount of Forty Four Million, Thirty One Thousand One Hundred Pesos and 93/100 (P44,031,100.93) with the Following Source of Funds: Business Tax Share from the Utilization and Development of National Wealth – P44,031,100.93 of the Municipality of Carrascal, Surigao del Sur”.
3. Appropriation Ordinance No. BP-03 dated March 12, 2024 of the Municipality of Tago, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Authorizing the FY 2024 Annual Budget of the Municipal Economic Enterprise of the Municipality of Tago, Surigao del Sur in the Amount of Seven Million Four Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty Six Pesos and Thirty Two Centavos (P7,499,736.32) Covering the Various Expenditures for the Operation of the Municipal Economic Enterprise, and Appropriating the Necessary Funds for the Purpose”.

4. Letter from Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor, this Province, dated March 19, 2024 addressed to the Honorable Members, Sangguniang Panlalawigan, Office of the Provincial Council thru Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, all of this Province, requesting for the passage of a Sangguniang Panlalawigan Resolution approving the 1st Supplemental Annual Investment Program (SAIP) CY 2024. Attached is the copy of the PDC-EXECOM Resolution No. 01, Series of 2024 of the Province, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.

Ordinance No. 04 dated February 6, 2024 of the Municipality of Barobo, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Institutionalizing the Policies and Regulations on the Establishment, Operation and Maintenance of Cockpit and Conduct of Cockfight and the Breeding of Gamecocks Within the Municipality of Barobo, Surigao del Sur, as Amended”.

Quirog, Jr., J.D., Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, Office of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, City of Tagbilaran, Province of Bohol, relative to Resolution No. 2024-005 of the Province of Bohol dated January 2, 2024 entitled, “Urging All Provincial Sanggunians of the Republic of the Philippines, All Sangguiang Panlungsod, All Sangguiang Bayan, and All Barangay Councils to Pass Similar Resolutions Urging Congress to Amend the Local Government Code or the Republic Act 7160 in Particular Sections Relative to the Imposition of Fines and Penalties as Herein Specified”, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.

8. Letter from Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor, this Province, dated March 18, 2024 addressed to the Honorable Members, Office of the Provincial Council thru Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, all of this Province, requesting for the passage of a Sangguniang Panlalawigan Resolution authorizing the Provincial Governor to enter into and sign a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), for and in behalf of the Provincial Government of Surigao del Sur with the Department of Health-CHD CARAGA, represented by Dr. Cesar C. Cassion, MPH, CESO III, Regional Director, for the payment of Health Emergency Allowance (HEA) to Provincial Health Office (PHO) qualified personnel, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.

9. 1st Endorsement from Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, this Province dated March 19, 2024, forwarding to Mr. Edgar G. Perez II, J.D., Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, the basic communication dated March 15, 2024 from Ariel I. Valencia, MPH, CESO III, Assistant Secretary of Health and Special Assistant to the Secretary of Health, Office of the Secretary, Department of Health, Manila, replying to Resolution No. 1549-24 dated January 23, 2024, endorsing Dr. Janice Pagaran-Alcordo for the position of the Medical Center Chief (MCC) II at Adela Serra Ty Memorial Medical Center (ASTMMC), this Province. The latter informed the Body that Dr. Alcordo will be included along with the other qualified applicants for evaluation by the Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board (HRMPSB) for Third Level and Second Level Executive Managerial Positions, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.

10. Motion for Reconsideration dated March 20, 2024 filed by the Local Government Unit of Tago represented by Hon. Betty E. Pimentel, Municipal Mayor, Municipality of Tago (Petitioner) against the Municipality of Tandag (now the City of Tandag) (Respondent), this Province “In the Matter of Boundary Settlement of Municipal Dispute Between the Municipalities of Tago and Tandag (Now City of Tandag), all of this Province”, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.

11. Ordinance No. 024 dated November 29, 2023 of the City of Tandag, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Establishing the Centenarian Award to Qualified Residents of the City, Providing Funds Therefor and for Other Purposes”.

Herman, Director, Ancestral Domains Office, National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP), Office of the President, Quezon City dated February 28, 2024, addressed to Mr. Edgar G. Perez II, J.D., Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, Tanggapan ng Sangguniang Panlalawigan, this Province, expressing gratitude to the Body for providing their end a copy of Resolution No. 1498-28, entitled “Manifesting the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Surigao del Sur’s Unwavering Support to the National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP) on their Right Mandate to Continue Processing the Delineation of All Ancestral Domains that has Left to be Titled Within the Philippines”, for the Body’s information.
2. Order on NTC Case No. 79-95; 86-36; 84-88; 85-28; and 87-47 dated February 16, 2024 issued by Atty. Kathlyn Jaylou T. Egipto, Hearing Officer, National Telecommunications Commission, Quezon City in connection with the Application of the PT&T Corporation (Formerly: Philippine Telegraph Telephone Corporation), filed the “Motion to Update and Consolidate Authorizations into the Data Communications Network/Service (Within the Same Areas Covered by its Existing Authorizations Relative to the Installation, Delivery and Operations of Data Services)”. The latter requested the applicant to submit its updated Technical Plans and Designs as well as its updated Business and Financial Plan, showing its proposals on how it will roll-out and finance its infrastructure and deliver Data Communications Network/Service. Further, directed to furnish copies to all affected parties of the said Order dated December 29, 2023, at least fifteen (15) days before the scheduled virtual hearing of the case via Zoom on March 18, 2024 at 11:00 o’clock in the morning, for the Body’s information.
3. Resolution No. 2024-027 dated January 09, 2024 of the Province of Bohol, this Province entitled “Supporting Resolution No. 1389-23 from the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Surigao del Sur Entitled, ‘Earnestly Requesting All Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members in the Provinces of the Republic of the Philippines to Pass a Resolution in their Locality Entitled: Requesting the House of Representatives Particularly on the Committee on Indigenous Peoples to Propose a House Bill Amending R.A. 7160 by Including a Provision of 10% Allocation in the Local Budget Intended for the Development Projects Inside the Ancestral Domain Areas’”, for the Body’s information.
