Appropriation Ordinance No. 28-2022 dated December 5, 2022 of the Municipality of Madrid, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Authorizing Supplemental Budget No. 4 Series of 2022 Involving an Amount of One Million Eight Hundred Sixty Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Five and 50/100 Pesos (P1,869,755.50) for Augmentation of the Deficiences of the Annual Budget CY 2022”.
3. Appropriation Ordinance No. 06 dated December 2, 2022 of the Municipality of Marihatag, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Declaring the Amount of Five Million, Eighty Nine Thousand, Nine Hundred Ninety Two Pesos and Twenty Three Centavos (P5,089,992.23) as Savings and Authorizing the Same Amount Under Supplemental Budget No. 6, Series of 2022 for the Operations of the Municipality of Marihatag from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022”.

Ordinance No. 2022-06 dated November 15, 2022 of the Municipality of Lingig, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Scrapping the Plantilla Position of Senior Bookkepper and Creating the Position of Management Audit Analyst I (Administrative Officer II) in the Office of the Municipal Accountant in the Municipal Government of Lingig, Surigao del Sur”.
13. Ordinance No. 16 dated September 19, 2022 of the Municipality of San Miguel, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Institutionalizing the Public Employment Service Office (PESO) of the Municipality of San Miguel, Surigao del Sur, Providing for its Organizational Structure and Staffing Pattern and the Further Creating the Position Title of Municipal Government Department Head I (PESO Manager), SG-24, as Department Head of the Same Office”.
14. Ordinance No. 08 dated October 17, 2022 of the Municipality of Tagbina, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Abolishing Two Vacant Positions Such as the Municipal Government Department Head I (Municipal Administrator I) Salary Grade 24 Under the Office of the Municipal Administrator and the Administrative Assistant II (HRMA) Salary Grade 8 Under the Office of the Municipal Mayor”.

Ordinance No. 9 dated October 17, 2022 of the Municipality of Tagbina, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Creating the Municipal General Services Office and the Position of Municipal Government Department Head I (Municipal General Services Officer I) of the Municipality of Tagbina, Province of Surigao del Sur and for Other Purposes”.
16. Ordinance No. 10 dated October 17, 2022 of the Municipality of Tagbina, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Creating the Position of Nurse I (SG15/1) in the Rural Health Unit of the Municipality of Tagbina, Province of Surigao del Sur and Providing Funds Thereof”.
17. Ordinance No. 11 dated November 21, 2022 of the Municipality of Tagbina, this Province entitled “Ordinance Transferring the Administrative Officer II (Supply Officer II) SG 14 Position from the Municipal Administrator’s Office to the General Services Office and the Environmental Management Specialist SG 11 to the Mayor’s Office and the Appropriations of the Aforementioned Positions Shall Also be Transferred to their Respective Offices”.

Perez II, J.D., Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, this Province, forwarding to the Office of the Provincial Council a copy of the 2021 Top 10 Leading Causes of Morbidity and Mortality in the Provincial Hospitals and Rural Health Units of the Province of Surigao del Sur, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.

1. Letter of Mr. Mario P. Cuñado, Regional Director, Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), CARAGA Region XIII, Butuan City dated November 8, 2022 addressed to Hon. Anthony Joseph P. Cañedo, Chairman, Committee on Information and Communications Technology, this Province, pertaining to Resolution No. 296-22 entitled “Earnestly Requesting the DICT Office to Submit a Complete List of Tech4Ed Centers and All DICT Programs, Projects and Services Within the Province of Surigao del Sur Which Shall be Used as Reference and Venue for Future Training Related to ICT”. The latter expressed that their office appreciated the utmost enthusiasm of the Body in helping the DICT in promoting the National ICT Agenda in the Province of Surigao del Sur and he also informed the Body that they received the aforesaid Resolution and agreed on the possible opportunities that digitalization would bring to the people of Surigao del Sur. In his letter, he assured the Body to furnish a copy of the overview of all launched projects of the DICT in the Province of Surigao del Sur. However, as of the moment, the coordinators for each project of DICT in Surigao del Sur were still polishing the report to be sent to the Office of the Provincial Council of Surigao del Sur to make sure that their Office could give an updated and accurate numbers of DICT’s projects in the province, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.

Perez II, J.D., Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, this Province, the basic communication dated December 2, 2022 from Ms. Gemma A. De Paz, OIC-Schools Division Superintendent, Schools Division of Tandag City, this Province, furnished the Office of the Provincial Council a copy of the Report on Schools with no Water System under the Schools Division of Tandag City, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.
