1. S.B. Ordinance No. CV-457 dated March 1, 2016 of the Municipality of Hinatuan, this Province, entitled “Appropriating P1.4 Million as Supplemental Budget No. 1 FY 2016 of Hinatuan Southern College to be Utilized for the Construction of HSC Building Phase 4.”
2. Letter of Mr. Achilles Gerard C. Bravo, CESO III, Director IV, Department of Budget and Management, Region XIII (CARAGA), Butuan City addressed to Honorable Johnny T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor and the Honorable Members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan thru the Provincial Budget Officer, all of this Province dated February 9, 2016 submitting its findings, comments and recommendation pertaining to the review of SP Ordinance No. 84-15 which was approved on December 14, 2015 covering its FY 2016 General Fund (GF) Annual Budget in the amount of P1,078,125,658.00 and stating among others that the latter considered the provisions of Local Government Code of 1991(RA7160) and other applicable Laws including the Rules and Regulations of the Budget Operations Manual (BOM) for Local Government Units, 2008 Edition in the conduct of the aforesaid review.

Appropriation Ordinance No. 002 dated February 17, 2016 of the Municipality of San Agustin, this Province, entitled “An Ordinance Authorizing the Annual Budget of Local Economic Enterprise of San Agustin, Surigao del Sur for Fiscal Year 2016 in the Total Amount of Twelve Million Seven Hundred Thirty Five Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos (P12,735,800.00) Covering the Various Expenditures for the Operation of Local Economic Enterprise of the Local Government for Fiscal Year 2016 and Appropriating the Necessary Funds for the Purpose”.
4.
