12. Ist Endorsement of Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, this Province, dated September 13, 2022, addressed to Mr. Edgar G. Perez II, J.D., Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, all of this Province, forwarding letter of Ms. Josita B. Carmen, CESO V, School Division Superintendent, Department of Education (DepEd) Tandag City, this Province, in pursuance to Presidential Proclamation No. 242, declaring the period from September 5 to October 5 as National Teachers’ Month, as well as Republic Act No. 10743 titled an ‘Act Declaring the 5th day of October of Every Year as National Teachers’ Day’. Further, the Schools Division of Surigao del Sur are requesting the Body to manifest support to the modern-day-heroes through legislative intervention, by enjoining all government and private agencies as well as business enterprises to provide services, incentives and discounts to all teachers in the Province. The Social Mobilization and Networking Section representative are willing to present the intent to partnership, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.

15. Letter of Mr. Esmeraldo S. Raymundo, Provincial Administrator, for and in behalf of Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor, addressed to the Honorable Members, Sangguniang Panlalawigan thru Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, all of this Province, dated September 8, 2022, requesting for a passage of Resolution authorizing the Provincial Governor to enter into and sign a Deed of Absolute Sale, for and in behalf of the Provincial Government being the Vendor, with the Vendees of the Provincial Housing Project located at Barangay Mancarogo, Bislig City, subject to the full payment of the required amortization, together with the attached copy of the SP Resolution No. 1871-21, which was vendee specific, for the Body’s information and appropriation action.

Carmona, Board Member, Interim Regional Chairman, PBMLP - Caraga Region dated September 12, 2022 addressed to the Honorable Members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, this Province, informing the Body that the Province of Agusan del Norte will be hosting the Provincial Board Members League of the Philippines (PBMLP) - Caraga Region XIII Assembly and Election of Officers on October 5-7, 2022 at the Almont Inland Resort, Butuan City, inviting all Honorable Members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Surigao del Sur to attend the said event. Each participant shall pay the registration fee of Seventeen Thousand Pesos (P17,000.00) chargeable against Local Funds of the LGU authorized under DILG Memorandum Circular No. 99-177, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.
