1. Appropriation Ordinance No. 07 dated December 29, 2021 of the Municipality of Bayabas, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Authorizing the Annual Budget of the Municipality of Bayabas, Surigao del Sur, for Fiscal Year 2022 in the Total Amount of One Hundred Thirteen Million Nine Hundred Forty Thousand Four Hundred Three Pesos (P113,940,403.00) Covering the Various Expenditures for the Operation of the Municipal Government for Fiscal Year 2022, and Appropriating the Necessary Funds for the Purpose”.
2. Letter of Hon. Michael Y. Corilla, Hon. Reynaldo F. Demoto, Hon. Milva C. Yu, Hon. Teofilo C. Galila and Hon. Rina B. Buniel, Sangguniang Bayan Members, all of the Municipality of San Miguel, this Province, re: “Letter of Objections to the General Fund Annual Budget for CY 2022 of the Municipality of San Miguel, Surigao del Sur”, which is under the review of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, this Province on the ground that these are illegal and prejudicial to the public welfare. These budget items include Travel Allowance and Other Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses or MOOE; Capital Outlay; and Road Network. Further, they are invoking the power of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan to declare any of the items of appropriation inoperative, disallowed, or reduced or even modify pursuant to Section 327 of the Local Government Code of 1991, for the Body’s appropriate action.
3. Appropriation Ordinance No. 09 dated December 28, 2021 of the Municipality of Marihatag, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Authorizing the General Fund Annual Budget and Operation of Economic Enterprise of the Municipality of Marihatag for Fiscal Year 2022 in the Total Amount of Two Hundred Seven Million, Four Hundred Forty Eight Thousand and Two Hundred Eighty Eight Pesos (P207,448,288.00) Covering the Various Expenditures of the Operation of the Municipal Government for Fiscal Year 2022, and Appropriating the Necessary Funds for the Purpose”.

4. Letter of Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor, this Province addressed to the Honorable Members, Sangguniang Panlalawigan thru Hon. Librado C. Navarro, Vice Governor, all of this Province, requesting the passage of a Resolution adopting and endorsing PDC Resolution No. 019 dated November 24, 2021 entitled “A Resolution Approving the Transfer of Project Location of 5.2 Km Farm to Market Road, NRJ - Sition Talisay - Sitio Saracag, Brgy. Kauswagan Project to the Concreting of Purok 1-2-3, Brgy. Salvacion, all of the Municipality of San Agustin”, for the Body’s appropriate action.
5. Resolution No. 018 dated January 26, 2022 of the Municipality of Marihatag, this Province entitled “A Resolution Adopting MDC Resolution No. 14, Series of 2021, Entitled: A Resolution Recommending Approval for Calendar Year 2022 Supplemental Annual Investment Program (AIP) No. 1 of the Municipality of Marihatag, Surigao del Sur”.

6. Ordinance No. 01 dated January 25, 2022 of the Municipality of Barobo, this Province entitled “Ordinance Reclassifying a Particular Lot at Purok 5A, Campbagang, Barobo, Surigao del Sur from Agricultural to Commercial Purposely for Establishment of a Gasoline Station”.

Ordinance No. 02 dated February 2, 2022 of the Municipality of San Miguel, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Amending the Approved Ordinance No. 38-2020, (Entitled: An Ordinance Creating the Office of the Municipal Internal Audit Service/Unit, Headed by a Municipal Internal Auditor, SG-24, (a Municipal Government Department Head I) and it Shall Now Read as: An Ordinance Creating the Office of the Municipal Internal Audit Service Office of the Municipality of San Miguel, Surigao del Sur, Providing for its Organizational Structure and Staffing Pattern and the Further Creating the Position Title of Municipal Government Department Head I (Municipal Internal Auditor), SG-24, as Department Head of Same Office”.
8. Ordinance No. 004 dated February 2, 2022 of the City of Tandag, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Creating the Various Positions for the City General Services Office of the City Government of Tandag, Surigao del Sur, and Appropriating Funds Therefor”.
9. Letter of Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor, this Province, addressed to Honorable Members, Sangguniang Panlalawigan, all of this Province, dated February 2, 2022, submitting the appointment of Mr. Gabriel C. Falcon, Jr. of the Internal Audit Service Office, this Province, for the Body’s confirmation and perusal.
10. Ist Indorsement of Mr. Esmeraldo S. Raymundo, Acting Provincial Administrator, for and in behalf of Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor, this province dated February 8, 2022, indorsing to Mr. Edgar G. Perez, II, J.D., Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, dated October 15, 2021, together with the attached letter of Mr. Marlon P. Bosantog, Regional Director, National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP), addressed to Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor, furnishing a copy of Certificate of Affirmation of Hon.
