Resolution No. 29 dated March 24, 2021 of the Municipality of Bayabas, this Province entitled “Resolution Authorizing the LCE for the Reprogramming of PPAs of the 2021 AIP Under the Health and Sanitation Facilities Into Support to KALAHI CIDDS-NCDDP in the Total Amount of P800,000.00 as Per MDC-Execom Resolution Numbers 01 And 02, Series of 2021 and Authorizing the LFC to Facilitate the Fund Disbursement According to COA Rules and Regulations.”

Resolution No. 44 dated June 17, 2021 of the Municipality of Bayabas, this Province entitled “Resolution Adopting MDC Resolution No. 08, Series of 2021, Adopting and Endorsing to the Sangguniang Bayan, this Municipality, the Reprogramming of Programs, Projects and Activities (PPAs) of the 2021 Annual Investment Program (AIP) Under Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Services Specifically the Purchase of Fire Truck for the Installation of Temporary Office, Garage and Operations of Bayabas Fire Station in the Total Amount of One Million Pesos (P 1,000,000.00), and Approving the Same for Its Intented Purpose”.
4. Resolution No. 46 dated June 30, 2021 of the Municipality of Bayabas, this Province entitled “Resolution Adopting MDC Resolution No. 10, Series of 2021, Adopting and Endorsing to the Sangguniang Bayan, this Municipality, the Inclusion of Programs, Projects and Activities (PPAs) for Maintenance of Machinery and Heavy Equipment in the 2021 Supplemental Annual Investment Program (SAIP) No. 04 in the Amount of One Million Seventy Five Thousand Six Hundred Twenty Three Pesos and 85/100 (P1,075,623.85), and Approving the Same for its Intended Purpose”.
5. Resolution 165 dated May 11, 2021 of the Municipality of Barobo, this Province entitled “Resolution Approving the Supplemental Annual Investment Program (AIP) No. 2, Series of 2021 as Endorsed by the Municipal Development Council (MDC) Through their MDC Resolution No. 2, Series of 2021 Entitled ‘Resolution Approving the Supplemental Budget of the 2021 Annual Investment Program (AIP) from DILG LGSF-SBDP Amounting to P500,000.00 for Repair of the Multi-Purpose Building of Brgy. Amaga of Barobo, SDS”.
6. Resolution No. 197 dated June 15, 2021 of the Municipality of Barobo, this Province entitled “Approving MDRRMC Resolution No. 1, Series of 2021 - Reprogramming the Unutilized LDRRM Fund Worth P2,885,638.71 as of December 31,2020 for Various Projects, Programs and Activities (PPAs) in the Annual Investment Plan of 2021; and MDRRMC Resolution No. 02, Series of 2021 - Realignment of the Incident Command System (ICS) Training Fund Worth P1,450,000.00 Under the LDRRMF Annual Investment Plan to Finance Various Identified PPAs”.

7. Ordinance No. 2021-10 dated July 6, 2021 of the City of Bislig, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Declaring Every 3rd Friday of the Month of September of Every Year as Arbor Day in the City of Bislig, Providing Funds Thereof and for Other Purposes”.

8. Ist Indorsement dated July 22, 2021 of Mrs. Eunice S. Tribunal, MPA, Executive Assistant IV, for and in behalf of Hon. Librado C. Navarro, Vice Governor, this Province, forwarded to Mrs. Monalisa C. Su, Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, all of this Province, the letter of Mr. Roel E. Abad, General Manager, Surigao del Sur II Electric Cooperative, Inc., Tandag City, Surigao del Sur addressed to the Honorable Members, Sangguniang Panlalawigan Thru Hon. Librado C. Navarro, Vice Governor, pertaining to SP Resolution No. 1592-21 entitled “Earnestly Requesting Surigao del Sur II Electric Cooperative, Inc. (SURSECO II) Thru Mr. Roel E. Abad, General Manager, Tandag City, to prioritize the Installation of Power Lines in Barangays Calatngan, Bagyang and Bitaugan, All of the Municipality of San Miguel, Province of Surigao del Sur”. He informed the Body that in CY 2018, SURSECO II inspected Calatngan, Bitaugan and Bagyang and verified that the area has poor access road passable only by foot. He then appealed to the Body to align and harmonize the Rural Electrification Program and the Build, Build, Build Program wherein serviceable roads and official right-of-way must be in place first so that rural electrification could follow. Once serviceable access roads are in place, this Honorable Body together with LGU-San Miguel and SURSECO II, could submit a similar Resolution to the NEA to energize the three (3) barangays through the NEA-BLEP.
