Pimentel, Provincial Governor, this province, forwarding to Mrs. Monalisa C. Su, Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, all of this province, the letter of Ms. Jenneth C. Partosa, OIC-Regional Director, Department of Budget and Management, Regional Office XIII, CARAGA, Butuan City, dated June 29, 2021 addressed to the Honorable Members, Sangguniang Panlalawigan thru the Honorable Provincial Governor, Alexander Ty Pimentel, informing this August Body on their review of the FY 2021 Supplemental Budget (SB) No. 1 of the Province of Surigao del Sur, involving an amount of P1,027,903,276.61 under Appropriation Ordinance (AO) No. 65-21 dated May 18, 2021, that reveals substantial compliance with the law and its Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR). Accordingly, the FY 2021 Supplemental Budget No. 1 of the Province of Surigao del Sur is declared operative on its stated date of effectivity, subject to posting requirement under Section 59 of R.A. No. 7160. It is further understood that the review action does not authorize any item of appropriation that is specifically prohibited by or inconsistent with the provision of law, for the Body’s information.
