2. Ordinance No. SG-584 dated April 6, 2021 of the Municipality of Hinatuan, this Province entitled “Realigning the Sum of One Million Four Hundred Nine Thousand Pesos (P1,409,000.00) Appropriated for the Construction of Legislative Building Extension Under the 20% Development Fund of the Office of the Sangguniang Bayan to Subsidy to Barangays, Subject to COA Rules and Regulations”.
3. Appropriation Ordinance No. 01-2021 dated March 23, 2021 of the Municipality of Cagwait, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Authorizing Supplemental Budget No. 01 Series of 2021 Involving the Sum of Two Million Two Hundred Fourteen Thousand Three Hundred Seventy Nine Pesos and Twenty Two Centavos (PhP2,214,379.22) Derived from the Savings of Vacant Positions, Underestimated IRA, Unappropriated Balance and Savings from Appropriation for the General Fund and Five Hundred Sixty Five Thousand Six Hundred Sixty One Pesos and Seventeen Centavos (PhP 565,661.17) for the Municipal Economic Enterprise Fund Covering the Various Expenditures for the Operation and Services of the Municipality of Cagwait and Appropriating the Necessary Funds for the Purpose”.

Appropriation Ordinance No. 006 dated April 14, 2021 of the City of Tandag, this Province entitled “Authorizing Supplemental Budget No. 01, Series of 2021, Involving an Amount of Sixty Five Million Seven Hundred Forty Six Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (P 65,746,500.00) Covering the Various Expenditures for the Operation of the General Fund and Economic Enterprise of the City Government for Fiscal Year 2021, and Appropriating the Necessary Funds for the Purpose”.

2. Letter of Mr. Manuel Luis C. Antonio, Chief of Staff, Office of the President and General Manager, Government Service Insurance System (GSIS), Financial Center, Pasay City, Metro Manila dated April 12, 2021, acknowledging receipt of SP Resolution No. 1368-21 entitled “Earnestly Requesting Mr. Rolando L. Macasaet, President and General Manager of Government Service Insurance System Through Ms. Chariss Jo M. Dela Cruz, Branch Head, Butuan City to Establish a GSIS Satellite Office in Bislig City, Province of Surigao del Sur”. He informed the Body that the said Resolution was already referred to VisMin Operation Group, for their appropriate action.
