2. Resolution No. 114 dated May 12, 2020 of the Municipality of Barobo, this Province entitled “Requesting the Honorable Provincial Governor to Consider an Amendment of Paragraph b (3) of Executive Order No. 19, S. 2020”.

3. Letter from Engr. Eulogio D. Milla, CE, ASEAN Eng., General Manager of Tandag City Water District (TCWD), Tandag City dated May 13, 2020 addressed to Mrs. Monalisa Cañedo-Su, Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, all of this Province, informing the Body regarding the action taken on Resolution No. 545-20 dated April 21, 2020 of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, this Province entitled “Enjoining All the Public Utilities Involved in the Distribution of Energy and Water, Telecommunication, Internet and Cable Television to Defer or Amortize the Payment of Monthly Bills Falling Within the Entire Period of the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) and to Exclude the Same from the Computations of the Period of Disconnection”. In response thereto, the Board of Directors of the TCWD adopted and submitted Resolution 35, dated May 8, 2020 entitled “A Resolution Approving to Amortize the Payment of the Water Bills for the Months of February 2020, March 2020 and April 2020 in a Maximum of Six Months Depending Upon the Request of the Customer and to Exclude the Same from the Computation of the Period of Disconnection”.
