Antonio, Chief of Staff, Office of the President and General Manager of Government Service Insurance System (GSIS), Metro Manila dated September 11, 2019 andreceived by the office on October 17, 2019 addressed to Ms. Marites Coma-Arreza, Acting Assistant Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, this Province relative to Sangguniang Panlalawigan Resolution No. 79-19entitled “Supporting Resolution No. 19-171 Dated 03 June 2019 of the Province of Benguet Entitled ‘Supporting Resolution No. 02 S. 2019 of the Benguet GSIS Pensioners Association, Inc.’ Entitled ‘A Resolution Appealing to the Government Service Insurance System to Implement the Annual Upgrading of Appropriate Pension and other Benefits for GSIS Retirees, in Order to be at Par With the Salary Increases of Active Members, as Mandated by Republic Act No. 9994, Series of 2010’”. He informed the Body that the matter was already referred to Atty. Jason Teng, Senior Vice President, VisMin Operations Group for the latter’s appropriateaction.

2. Letter of Mr. Arsenio K. Sebial, Jr., President of Brightgreen Resources Corporation (BRC) dated March 30, 2019 and received by the Office on October 18, 2019 addressed to the Honorable Vice Governor and Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members, this Province, furnishing the August Body the photocopy of the approved (revised) Environmental Work Program of the Mines and GeoSciences Bureau, Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Quezon City on the Mineral Production Sharing Agreement (MPSA) No. 015-93-XI of Brightgreen Resources Corporation (BRC), formerly Carac-an Development Corporation (CDC), covering 4,860 hectares located in the Municipalities of Cantilan and Carrascal.
