Appropriation Ordinance No. 04, Series of 2019 dated August 19, 2019 of the Municipality of Carmen, this Province, entitled “An Ordinance Authorizing the Mayor of the Municipality of Carmen, Surigao del Sur to Use Savings for Augmentation in Accordance With the Local Government Code of 1991 in the Amount of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP300,000.00)”.

Appropriation Ordinance No. 04, Series of 2019 dated August 20, 2019 of the Municipality of Lanuza, this Province, entitled “An Ordinance Authorizing the Supplemental Budget No. 2 of the Municipality of Lanuza for Fiscal Year 2019 in the Amount of Fourteen Million Four Hundred Ninety Four Thousand Twenty Five Pesos and Eighty Seven Centavos (PhP 14,494,025.87) Covering the Various Expenditures for the Operation of the Municipal Government for Fiscal Year 2019, and Appropriating the Necessary Funds for the Purpose”.

Appropriation Ordinance No. 2019-06 dated August 13, 2019 of the City of Bislig, this Province, entitled “An Ordinance Authorizing Supplemental Budget No. 2 CY 2019 Involving an Amount of One Million Three Hundred Thirty-Six Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty-Four Pesos & 57/100 (PhP1,336,824.57) for the Operation of the City of Bislig”.
5. Appropriation Ordinance No. RP-02, Series of 2019 dated August 27, 2019 of the Municipality of Tago, this Province, entitled “An Ordinance Authorizing Supplemental Budget No. 01 for Fiscal Year 2019 Involving an Amount of Three Million Five Hundred Sixty Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty Four Pesos and 12/100 Centavos (P3,568,734.12) for the Operation of the Municipal Government of Tago, Surigao del Sur”.
6. Letter of Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor, this Province, dated August 15, 2019 addressed to the Honorable Members, Sangguniang Panlalawigan thru Hon. Ruel D. Momo, Acting Provincial Vice Governor, all of this Province, endorsing the FY 2019 Supplemental Budget No. 4 of the province, for the Body’s immediate, appropriate and favorable action.
7. Letter of Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor, this Province, dated August 27, 2019 addressed to the Honorable Members, Sangguniang Panlalawigan thru Hon. Ruel D. Momo, Acting Provincial Vice Governor, all of this Province, endorsing the letter request of Mrs. Fermina D.
