1. Notice of Hearing issued by Mr. Adriano B. Consunji, Chief, Commission Secretariat, National Telecommunications Commision (NTC), Quezon City on MBC Case No. 2017-196 filed by applicant SAGAY BROADCASTING CORPORATION, INC., requesting for the issuance of Certificate of Public Convenience (CPC) to install, operate and maintain an FM Broadcasting Station in San Agustin, Surigao del Sur. The hearing was set on September 4, 2017 at 10:00 o’clock in the morning at the Legal Branch, 3rd Floor, NTC Building, National Telecommunication Commission, BIR Road, East Triangle, Diliman Quezon City with information that any aggrieved party/ies for the granting of the same must appear at the scheduled hearing and file their verified opposition on or before the date of hearing.
2. Letter of Usec. Silvino Q. Tejada, CESO III, Ecotourism, Farm and Faith Tourism Advocacy, Department of Tourism addressed to Mr. Ace R. Orcullo, Acting Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, Office of the Provincial Council, this Province dated July 12, 2017, acknowledging receipt of Sangguniang Panlalawigan Resolution No. 562-17, requesting funding assistance for the concreting of roads leading to tourist destinations in the Municipality of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur. He informed the Body that the same was reffered to Hon. Mark A. Villar, Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) for consideration under the Tourism Road Infrasturcture Project (TRIP) guidelines in relation to the DOT-DPWH Convergence Program. He further informed that he requested Secretary Mark A. Villar to directly coordinate with the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Surigao del Sur on the status of the requested project.
3. Trial Balance for the General Fund Schedule of Petty Cash as of June 30, 2017 of the Province of Surigao del Sur submitted by Mr. Charles B. Tonera, Provincial Accountant, this Province.
4. Trial Balance for LBP 20% Economic Development Fund as of June 30, 2107 of the Province of Surigao del Sur submitted by Mr. Charles B. Tonera, Provincial Accountant, this Province.
5. Letter of Engr. Dexter A. Sablaon, Acting Division Manager, Surigao del Sur Irrigation Management Office, National Irrigation Administration (NIA), Tabon-Tabon, Tago Surigao del Sur addressed to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, this Province dated September 13, 2017 in connection with the Water Permit Application for irrigation purposes filed by Cahagdan Irrigators’ Association, Inc. located at Bolho-on, San Miguel, Surigao del Sur. It is requested that the same be posted on the Bulletin Board for a period of thirty days (30) from receipt. It was informed that any person who may be adversely affected of the application may file a verified protest with the National Water Resource Board within thirty (30) days from posting of said Notice of Application.
